The problem with 640 is coach talks too much . . my blood pressure went up when he played the legend of zelda music . it's not funny it's annoying I want information bare and now, he detracted very much from motivation and I now have the MS kit.

Monoamine -

First, thank you for your feedback. Customer feedback is one of the single largest driving factors in our product development process. I am sorry you felt "annoyed" by Coach's instructional style.

In this case, we have found that customers thoroughly enjoy an occasional lighter approach to otherwise purely technical discussions. Both Coach and our Customer Support team receive daily messages from customers who find his style not only effective, but enjoyable.

With that said, please feel free to contact support@trainsignal.com if you wish to return your product. Also, please know that, as with all of our wonderful customers, we use your feedback to help shape our products. Despite your feelings, we do appreciate the feedback and encourage you to offer it on your next purchase as well.

Best regards,

Matt

Product Team Lead

I agree Coach does tend to laugh alot and sometimes he gets off topic but He is does teach the material. His style is more easy going vs just telling you how to use Server 08.I for one hate having to read a book cover to cover I prefer to watch a video on the topic and fill the gaps with a Mspress book to skim over.
