Actually I am looking for a 3rd party tool to administer and Monitor AD and Exchange.

There are many different 3rd party tools for monitoring Exchange and AD. It is really up to the administrator (you) to select the tool that you like and that will monitor specific elements that you want. We do not have specific recommendations and/or downloads for these types of tools, but they can easily be located on the Internet. Try going to Google and type in the keywords "Exchange monitoring tools" and "AD monitoring tools". You should get quite a few results to choose from.
