Windows 2008 Server Remote Desktop -- Print Redirection

As of late, I am having trouble using the printer redirection feature while doing remote desktop from a XP Pro SP 3 machines.

My client recently changed over to a Windows 2008 Domain Controller. But the desktops that RDC to the server cannot print locally on their desktop computer.

Anyone come across this weirdness.
