Default Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

Dear Sir,

i have a my PC with the Domain network and not join the domain to my pc. when i start PC after some mints pass a Error come Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

i am sending you a snap shot i have find many solutions but not got success please sir help me in this though work and see error snap shot & guide me how i can trouble shoot it.

Solution is Update Windows xp sp3 if found this error and i want also share with all this solution ,
