I am trying to install Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1 on Windows 7 x64 for the Sharepoint 2007 training I recently purchased. I am unable. Can someone please assist me with this.

What seems to be the problem? While I haven't installed Virtual Server, I have installed Virtual PC without any problem. Have you used the 64bit version of Virtual Server 2005?

Virtual PC will give you the same result if you want to use it just for the SharePoint Lab.
