Program crashes Firefox browser

I am using Firefox with the Access 2007 Training. I have updated my Firefox version, and downloaded the techsmith codecs. I get audio, but as soon as I try to run the lessons, my browser crashes. I saw another thread from someone with a similar problem, but I am not sure what steps they took to correct the problem.
The disc seems to run OK on another computer (at work), with IE.

You can avoid using Firefox by going directly to the AVI files. Just explore into the DVD using My Computer. Inside the video folders are Media folders which contain the AVI files. Just double-click on those and they'll open in Windows Media Player directly.
