I've got a trainwreck on my hands here. The videos (Server 2k8 Active Directory) were playing fine in IE7 (although I was unable to fast fwd or rewing, which is a pain). Now suddenly the videos won't play at all.

I'd rather have them on the video iPod, but drawing a blank on how to get them there. I've put many a video on the 'pod, but this has got me stumped. Any help would be appreciated (on either/both of the above issues) - big time. Thanks.

Concerning the video playback, have you tried installing the TSCC codec? You can locate it here http://download.techsmith.com/tscc/tscc.exe

Not sure when you purchased our training, but for the iPod video files they are located on our Additional Content discs. Put that disc into your PC, go into My Computer, right-click on the DVD and select Explore. You'll see a folder titled iPod Video Files. Open that folder and either import them into your iTunes library or drag them directly over to your iPod while it is plugged into your PC.

I just purchased the CCNA and vSphere training programs. The Additional Contents DVD for the CCNA package has an iPod folder with videos, but the vSphere discs do not. Am I missing something?

Yes, it should come with the iPod files. Make sure you're putting in the Additional Content Disc and not the Video Disc 2.

Comparing the contents of "Videos Disc 2" with the contents of the "Additional Content Disc 1", both are the same. It appears that the additional contents disc was burned incorrectly. I've attached screenshots from both discs. Note the names of the discs in the upper right-hand corner. The additional contents disc has no name and the contents are the same as the videos disc.

Looks like there was a bad burn. Send me your reference or order number to eric@trainsignal.com and I'll overnight you a correct copy.
