Comptia Network+ 2009 training update

I currently have your course for network+ which has a creation date of July 2008.

My question is will the information have enough information for me to pass the Network+ - 2009 exam??

I checked the date of the Transcender practice exam creation and it showed as Mar 2009 even though I downloaded the previous exam tests (for practice) ...
I take it the new exam will have minimal additions in new material for the test.?

What is the procedure for getting the new materials for study....?
