Ali, check out some of these links--they cover how to set up and use audio/video conferencing in OCS 2007. But I'm not sure that you can even do what you want to do, simply with E2007 Unified Messaging. Check out this list of features of UM: I don't see what you are looking for --

To do conferencing, you will need a physical device with its own capabilities and settings, or you will want to have Office Communication Server 2007 installed in the same site as Exchange 2007. I think that what you are really looking for is VOIP capabilities, something that users of OCS with Office Communicator clients will be able to use.

The TrainSignal course did not cover Unified Messaging because that would be best covered with other OCS topics, but we don't really have an OCS course out yet. :(
