I honestly don't understand the question. Please try to be more specific about what you want the user to have access to.

Dear Sir Ed,
i have a one domain controller and one ISA server now robert is my domain user , i want robert only use outlook for emails and want to deny access of web browsing now sir i want to know which protocol i should allow & Deny in ISA 2006 firewall Rule.
I understand that Robert is using Outlook as his mail client, but I do not know what type of mail server he is connecting to. Is it an Exchange, POP, IMAP, or HTTP server? Is he going to be connecting to that server using a standard or secure protocol?
Also, is Robert on your internal network trying to get to an external mail server or is Robert a travelling user trying to access an internal mail server? I am assuming since you want to prevent him from web browsing that he is probably an internal user, but I just want to be sure.

Dear Sir Ed,
Robert is Using (Gmail account in outlook) in my internel Network also he browsing and i want he just use outlook and can,t browse the website.
their is no exchange Server , just using gmail from outlook .
just i want deny access of browsing to robert and want to give access of outlook only
If you take a look at the account settings for his gmail account in outlook you should see the ports being used under the advanced tab. Unless you are doing something different than I am familiar with, you should be using port 993 (imaps) for incoming mail and port 587 (smpts) for outgoing mail. All you should have to do is open the corresponding ports on your ISA server. Your users should still not be able to browse the Internet as long as ports 80 (http) and 443 (https) are still closed.
Here is an article on how to set up gmail in outlook. This is where I got the 2 port numbers from.

I have watched the training video of Train Signal about VPN configuration , but all IP configurations of external NIC Adapter are made according to leased line. NCCAVPN connection is made in videos , and i think each side is connected by leased line. but in my state, we have no leased line, but ADSL internet Connection.
Please anybody help me to configure External NIC Adapter IP configurations according to my public ip. (Static IP).
