DNS Caching Lookups

Got this email in our support box and thought I'd see if anyone might know of an answer.
I was viewing this one Configuring DNS , by Ed Liberman. He talks about this DNS Caching Lookups in Windows 2008 Server? He shows you what it does, but never shows you how to Install it. I looked all the web and could not find this option at all.

Could you please ask him, how he got this installed., I am running Windows 2008 Ent., 32 bit OS? Eval version? Do you need the 64 bit version to turn this option on?

not sure if you are referring to going to the command prompt and running ipconfig /displaydns

if you want to clear the dns cashe run ipconfig /flushdns

If this is not what you are looking for please be more clear as I am a bit confused on the question.
