I am a first year and first quarter student in Information Technology (Computer Network Systems) at ITT-Tech, I am fairly computer savvy and would like to know how difficult the test 220-601 would be for me with what I already know.

If you have looked over the exam objectives and you feel fairly confident you still shouldn’t go in blind. I suggest getting some kind of exam review product like Transcender. That way you can get an idea of what the questions will be like and what if anything you need to study before you go.
