How can I convert a typical training video to a format that can be read by creative lab Zen media player?

am not too familiar with Creative Lab Zen media player so please forgive me if the following information may not be correct. All of our training videos are compressed to be able to play in Windows Media Player (the file extension is .wmv). I have done a little research and found out that there is a way to convert wmv files into pmc file (Portable Media Center) that can be played by Creative Zen.
