After watching video 2 in the network + training video's
Chris is explaining RARP which is really informative until the section about proxy arp. I am unsure of how the packet which is given the interface E0 mac address how then does the packet get to host B.

Here is a quick answer to your question: The packet from host A is able to reach host B because of the router. The router knows how to reach host B after host A sends the packet to the router’s interface E0, and the router forwards the packet through the interface E1 to host B. I know this can be confusing at first, but after reading this Document couple of times you will understand that by enabling Proxy ARP on your Router everything is done automatically. The Router creates it’s own tables of all the information that it needs to perform this type of forwarding.
