worker process error

Dear Support,

I am getting following errors in the Event log.

1)A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' suffered a fatal communication error with the World Wide Web Publishing Service. The process id was '4784'. The data field contains the error number.

2)A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' exceeded time limits during shut down. The process id was '4836'.

3)A worker process with process id of '4836' serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' has requested a recycle because the worker process reached its allowed processing time limit.

Can anyone tell me what sort of settings should I do in the Default Application pool in order to stop these errors and does this error has got any sort of impact on the Application.
