When I put in my Train Signal training video I get this:
Windows Media Player Error Message Help
You've encountered error message C00D10CD while using Windows Media Player. Additional information is not currently available for this error.
Then of course, Windows Media Player Version: 9.00.00.349 closes.
This is a problem.

According to Microsoft, “C00D11CD: Unknown error
Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error. This can occur when another program or operating system component encounters a problem but does not communicate the nature of the problem to Windows Media Player.
Because this generic message can be displayed in a wide variety of circumstances, there is no single solution.”
For more info on this error please check out this site: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/10/errors.aspx#c00d11cd_0x00000000
Since I am not really sure what could cause this problem on your system, the first this I would suggest is to upgrade Windows Media Player to the latest version. Here is the link:

Then make sure there is no other program running while you play the video and test the CD to make sure it is working. If it is, please continue using your computer as you would always use it (this includes starting all programs that you might run at the time of the training) and see if the CD still continues to play
