Booting ESX Guests using ISO

ESX 3.5 - Virtual Center 2.5

I have been booting ESX Guests (2003 64bit STRD) using ISO images using LCISO. I find that the images do not last for some reason maybe two VM's can be used for 1 image then I replace the ISO.

This seems unusual to me is this normal? What happen s is the VM will stop installing at the "Starting Windows" blue screen which is just after the drivers are loading. The VM shuts off by itself. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I have never run across this before. In my case, I have a half dozen ISOs and have installed from each of them many times.

I recommend that you post this question on the VMware Community. There is a good chance that one of its thousands of VMware members has seen it before and may already know of a solution-
