Dear Sir,
I am Ali Manzoor from Lahore Pakistan i am New in this field Network administrator i have no experience in these field please Sir suggest me what i should to do for success.
thankyou sir ,
Hi Ali,
You will need to do some research to decide what technology you want to begin studying. Here are some options.
Windows Server 2003
Windows Server 2008
Cisco
General Networking (Network+)
This is a decision you will have to make based on your interests and job prospects. Once you have chosen an area, we can suggest a study path to get you going.
Good Luck!

how i became a Strong network administrator? i want to know Steps,
Lift weights. Start with 5kg and then 10kg, 15kg, 25kg and the final step 150+kg.
You will have to define what you mean by strong administrator.
Do you have a job in the IT field?
If so, what is your present position?
How many servers & clients in the organisation?
If not working in IT, what experience do you have?

To start with I would suggest going to your local school and volunteer to help with their network. Once you have some hands on experience then you could try a larger school (or several of them) and see if you could get paid for for doing the job. Once you have 18 months to 2 year experience you could apply for jobs in the corporate sector.
You could look for Level 1 Help Desk jobs to get experience and work your way up. Experience is the important thing. It is good having certifications but without experience they don't mean as much as you might hope. I believe that certifications give a good basic understanding of the application or Operating System that helps you learn about it faster. Sort of like a Licence to learn.
At the same time see if you can decide what you want to do. There are several tracks you could look at and specialise in, security being one, or you could be an all round administrator and not specialise in anything.
If you have a teaching degree then you could look at that as an option, teach IT and manage the network.
It really depend on what YOU want to do in the Profession. Look at the options and then decide. If you choose any of the above you will also need a Lab at home to learn new technologies so you will be familiar with them if they are implimented in your workplace.
For a Lab, I would suggest 64bit hardware and VMWare as with that you will be able to virtualise 64bit software and 64bit hardware will allow you to install and use more RAM than 32bit hardware.

There is NO easy way. If there was, then everyone would have one. It takes training, lots of training, dedication and even more training. If you want it the easy way then you are in the wrong profession.

You can start by searching through the MS Certification paths and all the various links. Think of this as Search Training. http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/default.mspx
