VS 2005 - Virtual Machine prev. reg. disappears

With Virtual Server 2005 and Virtual Machine of SharePoint 2007 installed previously, Virtual Machine of SharePoint 2007 disappears from VS 2005 from Admin consol every time PC is restarted. Then the only way to get it to work is the remane the vmc file and add it to VS 2005 again. This get a bit monotonous.

Hi Diamond,

While I haven't seen this before, I would start by trying to figure out what is different about that VM guest.
Is the VMDK stored on a network share?
Is it stored on an external drive?
Does it have any different settings than other VMs that are there at boot? (is that VM set to auto boot?)
