I am self-studying for Cisco CCNA via Train Signal. The labs are real world examples but will that be enough Hnads-On experience for me to get a job as a CCNA or do I need other qualifications?

The labs will definitely prepare you for the job and give you enough hands-on experience. If this is going to be your first IT position, they should be enough for you to start as a junior admin or assistant administrator. Unfortunately, no matter how much you know from the training labs and/or school, you will still need real-time work experience in order to get a senior administrator position. Knowledge and technical training is most of the time not enough. You will not be able to fool anyone since only the work experience (5 years or more) will give you the credibility that you are able to perform on the job.
Many companies are looking for an entry-level administrator who knows the theory, has the hands-on experience, but is missing real-time work experience. This type of position would be a great start.
If you have previous IT experience then it will all depend on what type of experience you have. If you already work as an administrator, getting CCNA certification will only strengthen your knowledge and increase the possibility for you to get a raise.
My question now, is your Train-Signal CCNA Lab is enugh for me to get the CCNA certification as I am willing to complete all the videos and go to take the exam ?!
Y2J-
Included with your course videos are 400 practice exam questions. If you watch and study the videos, as well as go over the practice questions you should be prepared to take the test. Here is a link to the course for more information:
