Where is the operator tab in IIS6?

I recently purchased the IIS WEB SERVER video. Under IIS 5 there was an operator’s tab for each web site but I can’t find such a tab under IIS 6. I haven’t been able to find any information regarding how to do that under IIS 6.

Here is the official answer from Microsoft:

“This feature has been replaced by Metaacl.vbs, which gives administrators a
greater degree of control over the DACL that controls access to metabase
keys. “
