No Video (have audio)

If you have audio but no video when playing any of our courses it is because you are missing the TSCC video codec from TechSmith. All of our courses are encoded in this codec and you can download it here: http://download.techsmith.com/tscc/tscc.exe

What player are you using?
Have you tried installing the KLite Codec Pack? http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&q=k+lite+codec+pack+download&meta=&aq=4s&oq=klite+
