TCP/IP Network Fundamentals - m4v videos 7 & 8 does not show video...only audio!!!

I received TCP/IP Network Fundamentals training videos. They come with iPod Video m4v files. This training series has 8 videos in total and videos 7 & 8 are not recognized as true m4v video files. When you play them, only audio is present. If I import those videos in iTunes, they get imported as 'Unknown'. They are not imported as Movies within iTunes.

I believe they were incorrectly converted. How can I get these two m4v files working on my iPhone? :confused:

It sounds like those two files are bad. Can you send an e-mail to support@trainsignal with your order information so we can get you the working files? I apologize for the trouble!
