When I followed a link for the CIT training material I was redirected to the ONT. I know the latter replaced the retired former but to my understanding there really is no equivalent on the subject of troubleshooting.

Any information concerning any aspect of this post would be appreciated.

Are you talking about a link on the Cisco website?

No, this is the link that I'm referring to:

http://www.trainsignal.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=56

That used to be the page for the Trainsignal CIT training package. Every other link I can find that should lead me to that product is redirected to the ONT package or the homepage.

Oh I see. I assumed you weren’t talking about our website, because CIT isn’t something we have offered in several years. You may have been able to get to the old CIT page at Train Signal if you had the direct link, but it wasn’t accessible from the website. When we launched our new and improved website, that outdated link was removed.

Cisco has not offered CIT as a certification since 2006. Cisco actually restructured their certs so there is not one troubleshooting certification. You can check out the Cisco website to see what current path would benefit you the most.

I apologize for the confusion, and good look in your IT training.

Ah okay, now I see where the confusion lies. My original post was too ambiguous. What I should have said/asked was this:

I know the CIT was retired and there is now no troubleshooting exam/cert, but I was wondering if you still sell the CIT package... or if the information contained therein had been "spread out" through your newer Cisco packages.

I appreciate your patience with me thus far. :)

We might be able to dig you up a copy. We will know on Monday for sure. In the mean time go head and e-mail the support@trainsignal.com and let them know your contact info so they can set up the order. They will be expecting your e-mail.
