I have Vista Enterprise 64 bit edition + WMP v 11.0.6001.7000 + IE7.0
The downloaded trial played fine with no problems.
Upon receiving my DVD discs
Audio was fine, Video was a no go.
In media player, there was an error message about "video codec"
downloading TechSmith TSCC Codec fixed the problem

btw, the discs played fine on my XP Pro machine
