XP SP 2 Sound but no Video

Hello have been using these CD's ESX for some time now (3 months). Suddenly only the sound works, as far as I know nothing was changed on my XP SP 2 machine. Thank you

Hi! In this case, you could try downloading this codec: http://download.techsmith.com/tscc/tscc.exe.

We're guessing you have automatic updates "on", and one has overwritten the codec.

Let us know if you continue to experience problems.

Bummer same issues...updates is off though

I opened up media, then pointed to the file on the CD which worked!!!
