"I installed exchange 2007 and had no issues there
however when I registed my domain name and added the (A) Record and the @ MX record I get bounce back e-mails. I am not sure what I am doing incorrect.
My domain is let's say is ABCXYZ.info
DC: 192.168.1.100 (Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP)
EXCH: 192.168.1.200
FS:192.168.1.225
Router: 192.168.1.50

When adding the (A) record I put the EXCH address 192.168.1.200. I am not sure if this is correct or not. Was I supposed to put my router here or my ISP info? This is the field marked "Points to ip address" and "Host Name" lets say "Alph" is what I used. Regarding the MX record, "Host Name" I placed @ and entered "Goes to address" Alph.ABCZYZ.info

My ISP has not provided me a static IP address. Please help as this pretty much the only thing I am stumped on thus far."

The IP Address you want to put in the "Points to IP Address" field is your public IP Address. Usually this is the IP given to you by your ISP, but in this case your ISP has given you a dynamic IP so you'll need to use the public IP address for your network. This can usually be found in the admin portion of your router settings. Depending on what type of router you have there should be a Status tab that will tell you what your Public IP Address is for your network. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

"One question I do have is for the (A) Record should I put a name like Mail or put something like mail.bluefish.com and have it reference the @ for the MX record.

Also one thing I am trying to accomplish is figure out how to get exchange to allow me to do the web mail without having to type the https://exch1/owa to get to web mail. I want to type https://mail.xxx.com

Please help. Thanks again!"

For the "A" record you can always put mail.bluefish.com and have it reference the @ for the MX record. Allowing access to the OWA through a simple URL is covered on the Exchange Server 2007 training video 14 "Outlook Web Access". If you look specifically at minutes 44:32 - 53:36 you will see exact steps showing you how to use a basic URL to access web mail.
