I am facing problem in my M.S Exchage active directory as i am seeting in my AD e-mail address and alias in add remove option after closing AD both of these options remove automatically in display of AD plz give me solution of this probelm.

I'm trying to guess at what you are saying: Maybe you are creating a new email address for a user in the AD, but then when you display all the users, it displays the old address still? Or you are changing something, but when you close it and look again, your change hasn't stayed?

I think you tried to change the email address, but you did not uncheck the box that says "Automatically update email addresses based on recipient policy." If that box is checked, then changes you make will be undone later when the policy applies again.
