how to Set up email disclaimers and signatures in Exchange Server

Dear All,

I have Windows 2003 SBS & I have installed DNS,DHCP,AD & Exchaange Server 2003. Recently I instaled RES & the product is Awasom, you can apply Policy to the client just like you do in AD, anyhow come to the topic.

Everythign is working fine & I want to add in my outgoing emila "Disclaimers and signatures"

Could anyone help me on this, I have some idea how to do that but i am not sure. I feel that you have create new smtp virtual server and some setting.

There's no simple way to create disclaimers with Exchange 2003 without a 3rd-party product like Exclaimer or MailEssentials. It's easy in Exchange 2007 though.
