Hi. I actually posted this question a few days ago. Biggles managed to answer my questions about the quality but I still need help on specifics.

1. I want to buy one single product to see if I like the format. But I have the option to pay the difference and get the entire set. How much time do I get to decide?

I really want to get started but I need to know how much time.

Hello Odieone:

Thank you for contacting Train Signal, Inc. The length of time is not set at a specific date. You can upgrade at any time. The amount of discount is determined by what you've spent with us, not the price of the Set bundle. The amount will come off the price of the Set-price being offered on our website at the time you want to upgrade. Please let us know if you have any further questions!

Dear Kelly,

Thank you for answering my question. It helps with my decision alot but I am curious how does it work.

I plan to purchase in this order:
VMWare Server <-- to test out your package and see if it suits me.

If lives up to expectations, then I will purchase either the IT Starter Package or the Complete Microsoft Package.

After that, Can I still upgrade from the Complete Microsoft Package to the "Complete Training Package"? if so how does it work, do I send you my old external Hard Drive with my original purchase and you send me the new one?

Sorry for being a pill but Money is a little tight.

Regards
Simon

Hi Odieone:

The way that this works is that you can purchase whatever item(s) you wish to purchase now for the individual pricing. Customers are typically allowed one upgrade since presumably, by upgrading, you are receiving all the product we are offering at that time. Additional releases are additional content and thus will be reflected in the price of the full set. However, you will receive an email notification letting you know we've released new product, and that email will contain a discount link to purchase the new product at a discount. This link typically expires in about a month. You will not have to send any product back to us; we will simply send you the new Set which you've ordered with all the correct products on it. You only need to call us to place the upgrade order as it is not available online.

I will reiterate that the price of the set(s) are subject to change; the discount given is based on what you've previously spent. I should also mention that we are looking to revise our course content and add much additional content in the very, very near future. Our course and bundle set pricing will change (go up).

We will be sending a "last chance" email to our customers letting them know that the coming pricing will reflect the new curriculum contents and this the "last chance" to order at the lower/current pricing. This would be the time you need to order whichever bundle set you wish to receive to do so at the lower pricing. Once the price changes and content is added, the price will reflect the additional contents and the lower price will be no longer available. This is imminent. The email should go out within the next week or two.

Please let us know if you continue to have questions!
