Coach Culbertson is very good, and I am learning a great deal from the videos. However, I have a question. My users need their SSS to be dynamic. When I say this, I mean that when they click on the side-bar link "Warehouse Calendar", they want it to immediately bring up Mr. Watson, the foreman's, Calendar. They do not want to click on "Actions - Connect to Outlook". Is there a way to link this together. Also, for pictures, I need to link to an existing FTP folder where all the users dump their pictures.

This is a consulting question, and while there are some workarounds, such as creating a calendar that is not connected to Outlook but rather only in SharePoint, and creating a new Picture Library and simply moving the existing pictures over to it, what you are wanting to do will require some additional scripting/programming/development. To do this you may require the assistance of an on-site consultant, which would be more assistance than I would be able to provide.
