Hi there!
What software are you going to be working with? Server 2000, 03, or 08? Do you need training on Exchange or Web Servers? Is there a particular Microsoft certification you are looking to qualify for?

Hi Lisa,
Like i had said, im new in IT, Im not sure which product to use, but basically almost all your product are going to server type and it should be going to lastest one, like if there is 2008 topic right. The part that Im concern is, I dont know where to start? If I start with Exchange or Web server, do i learned the basic? I mean, What product you have the basic to intermediate to advance to start with.
Thanks.....
If you are totally new to the IT field you should start with Network+ (http://www.trainsignal.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=66). With this you will learn the deep down details on how computers communicate, how to set up a network, and much much more. Then, if you want to go the Microsoft route, I would suggest starting with our Active Directory courses. There you will get the basics on how to administer a server. After that you can dive into DHCP and DNS. All of these MS products that I just mentioned above are based on 2000/2003 server software. However, if you order now you will also get our Intro to Windows Server 2008 Training free with any order (http://www.trainsignal.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=114). We will be releasing other courses based on Server 2008 soon as well. At this time a lot of places still use 2003, but knowing 2008 will be imperative for the near future. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Lisa,
Thank you very much for your reply, This will help me a lot. Other question? will you release also a Linux training? I think Linux+ is more advance compare to the basic, if ever you will release one, what Distro you will used?
Again Thank you very much.
Our Linux+ training starts with the basics and goes from there. You sould be fine even if you are just starting out.
